Netflix has a huge hit on its hands with Wednesday, which dethroned Stranger Things for the largest debut week in the streaming service’s history, with one of the stars opening up about her preparations.
The 20-year-old actress plays Enid Sinclair in the hit series, the roommate of Jenna Ortega’s title character at Nevermore Academy, who is also a werewolf.
The Florida native made her talk show debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, where she explained how she had to go to ‘werewolf boot camp’ to prepare to play Enid.
‘So then when I got the role, I kinda dove into it and I love it. It’s so fun,’ Myers said, though she added that she would not have made a good Wednesday Addams.
‘I’m not a good Wednesday. Wednesday does not come to me naturally, Enid does, and I think Jenna did such a flawless job with Wednesday that if I even tried, it would just be a disgrace,’ Myers added.
