Moretz-  who’s been inseparable with boyfriend Brooklyn Beckham much of the summer- was seen enjoying an afternoon walk with her mother Teri Moretz in Sherman Oaks, California.

The Hugo actress, 25, wore a retro black sweatshirt with rolled-up sleeves and blue Daisy Duke shorts. She added white sneakers, sunglasses and a black purse for a casual look. The mother-daughter duo appeared to be having fun, smiling and chatting as they strolled along.

Nurse Teri, who is a cancer survivor, kept things casual in a grey plaid shirt with black pants and black slip-on shoes as she clutched her cell phone while speaking with her famous daughter.

Chloe has gone on record in the past about how she idolizes her mother, who raised a family-of-five after her father, plastic surgeon Dr. McCoy Lee Moretz, left the household when she was 12.

She told Glamour in May that while the time made for ‘a pretty bad experience,’ she and her siblings were able to pull through and unite despite the family crisis.

‘It could have rocked our family and messed us up, but it actually made us a lot tighter,’ the blonde beauty revealed.
