With Marriage Story and Jojo Rabbit both nominated for countless awards this season, Scarlett Johansson has had plenty of opportunities to put her ink on display — namely, her mᴀssive back tattoo, which she’s shown off on the red carpet in a series of gorgeous gowns.

ScarJo’s back tat is her biggest, but it’s far from the only piece of art inked on the actress’ body. Her epic tattoo collection is made up of at least eight statement pieces, from a teeny-tiny ankle piece to watercolour art and a dainty bracelet, all ranging in size and placement.

Ahead, we rounded up all of the star’s eight (and counting) tattoos for you to fawn over during Hollywood’s biggest night of the year.

Blink and you’ll miss the two interlocking circles with a teeny-tiny letter “A” on the inside of Johansson’s right ankle.

ScarJo’s back tattoo is a cascade of rosebuds accompanied by a sitting lamb.

Johansson rarely shows off this ribcage tattoo — which appears to be an owl in flight — but it occasionally pokes out when she’s wearing a cropped outfit or a cutout dress, like the one she wore to the Oscars after-party.

Hidden on the side of her ribcage is a floral piece that Johansson has likely had for a while, given its slightly faded appearance.

Johansson has a bracelet tattoo with a hammer pendant that says “I <3 NY” around her right wrist.

On the inside of her left forearm is a multicoloured sunset.

At the 2020 SAG Awards, ScarJo’s right ribcage piece peered out from her emerald gown. According to reports, the actress has a horseshoe with the words “Lucky You” inked in that spot.

To commemorate the release of Avengers: Infinity War, Johansson and her co-stars got matching drawings of the superhero team’s logo.
