Big Bang Theory Star Johnny-Galecki Lists Home With Hollywood Past for $11.9 Million

Actor Johnny Galecki of The Big Bang Theory has relisted his historic Los Angeles home for sale after initially putting it up for lease more than a year ago. In comparison to the $9.2 million he spent on the residence in 2015, he is now asking for $11.9 million, a considerable increase. Ben Stiller and Jason Statham both previously owned the house. The Outpost Estates enclave in the eastern Hollywood Hills, which is beloved by celebrities, would have one of the most expensive homes ever sold if the property were to sell for the current list price. The area is home to famous people, including Winona Ryder, Felicity Huffman, Russell Brand, and Madelaine Petsch.

The two-parcel, half-acre property that the Spanish-style house occupies is spread across. It has a 7,400 square foot main house with two stories and a separate guest house with six bedrooms. A classic clay tile roof, vintage fixtures, refurbished terra-cotta tiles, and an authentic speakeasy pub that transports you to the 1920s are all features of the pad that stay true to its history.

The thick, ivy-covered wall that separates the actor’s house from the street makes it unrecognisable. A billiards room, an eat-in kitchen with high-end appliances, and a TV lounge. And a cutting-edge screening room with polished wood panelling and luxurious carpeting are all located on the main level. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, including the main suite, which has a panelled leather wall, a fireplace, and a balcony. The room offers two walk-in closets and a spacious ensuite bathroom with marble flooring.

A gated driveway outside leads to the detached two-car garage, which had situated beneath the upstairs guesthouse with two bedrooms. A mosaic-tiled swimming pool and spa were in the backyard, covered in brightly coloured tile with tropical plants. Shady patios, a covered eating terrace, a fireplace, and a built-in BBQ area.
