Sad News, Friends, and Seinfeld actor Mike Hagerty died at the age of 67.

Bridget Everett, the actress from ‘Somebody Somewhere’, received sad news this week. Actor Mike Hagerty died at the age of 67. The actor most recently appeared in HBO’s dramedy. But he is famous for his roles in sitcoms such as Friends, Seinfeld, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

The cause of death for Hagerty is unknown at this time, but Deadline reports that he died on April 29, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Mary Kathryn, his sister, Mary Ann, as well as his sister’s wife and their daughter, according to the report. Everett broke the news on Instagram, posting a headshot of Hagerty with a touching caption. In part, she writes:

Friends fans will remember Hagerty for his five episodes as Mr. Treeger. He was the superintendent for Rachel, Monica, Chandler, and Joey’s apartment building in New York City, and he was usually seen cleaning up the gang’s messes. Rachel even gets into trouble with Mr. Treeger in the season 4 episode “The One With The Ballroom Dancing,” almost getting her and Monica kicked out of their apartment. However, the way they get out of it is sweet and hilarious, as Joey agrees to assist Mr. Treeger with his dancing abilities.
