Matthew Perry, an actor, said on Thursday that Bruce Willis is the most fantastic person he has ever met in his whole life as the “Friends” star said that Will had quit acting.
Star of the “Die Hard” movie series and many other action movies, Willis will stop acting after being diagnosed with aphasia, which has affected his “cognitive abilities,” his family said on Wednesday. The disease has made it hard for him to communicate.
On social media, Perry said that he wrote that “The best man I’ve ever met is still Bruce Willis, even though he’s going through a lot. You will be in my prayers for a long time. Maybe we should watch the whole 10 yards together and get some sleep.”
In the 1980s, Willis, 67, rose to fame on the TV show “Moonlighting.” Since then, he has starred in about 100 movies, winning a Golden Globe Award and two Emmy Awards for his roles in Pulp Fiction and The Sixth Sense.
That’s not the only thing that makes Willis famous. He played the tough cop in the five Die Hard movies, made from 1988 to 2013.
