She used to like jam, but now she likes peanut butter on toast. She is cautious about picking peanut butter that has less sugar. Kaley gets the energy she needs from carbs, which helps her prepare for her daily workouts. She gets enough plant protein from peanut butter to fuel her muscles and help her run faster.
