Attention, all wizards and their accompanying muggles: A fascinating event has just risen to the top of Houston Harry Potter enthusiasts’ vacation calendars. (We’re making it a verb now.)
This fall, Houston will host Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration, expected to enthral attendees like the opulent and rather dramatic ball in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The successful event begins on November 18 at Galleria neighbourhood venue Paraiso Maravilla (5714 Fairdale Ln. ), with an elegant experience providing “well-mannered fun” for everyone, to use the esteemed Professor McGonagall’s phrase.
Fever is a themed entertainment and entertainment company. Houston is the only American city to host the new ball, which gives them some vast bragging rights. According to co-producers Warner Bros, just three other cities have been allowed to host the coveted event: Mexico City, Montreal, and Milan. A limited number of tickets are available, and they go on sale at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 8. Like in the book and movie, the Yule Ball, attendees had encouraged to dress in their most delicate ball. Or Wizarding World attire (no ugly Ron Weasley sweaters here, please). The gala will provide limitless opportunities for those Instagram stories and posts. As is accurate of any ball, so pose away, spell casters.
Although Harry Potter enthusiasts range from young to advanced, the ball’s minimum age requirement is 12 and up. Additionally, even though visitors may be tempted to stay all night, the ball only had two-hour periods.
Discriminating fans and parents had noted that this Potter Yule Ball had co-produced by Warner Bros. Which created the beloved films. In contrast to other themed events that are occasionally advertised as “official” and turn out to be false.
