HIMYM focused on the mother. Lily and Marshall kept the show stable while other regulars went on romantic adventures. The most “HIMYM” dates were with Barney, Robin, and Ted.
Short-term romances kept HIMYM interesting for nine seasons. They had sex often. No matter how popular some of these people were. The show’s endings were disappointing.
Gael
He watched “History of My Marriage” episodes 1-2. How I Met Your Mother had great stunt casting. The show was good at minor pop star appearances.
Amy
Amy only appeared once. “Wait for It” is from the third season. As usual, Moore made the HIMYM episode more exciting.
Don
Don’s exit from How I Met Your Mother centered on Robin. He took the same job she turned down to stay with her without knowing.
Quinn
Barney and Quinn’s relationship was doomed. When they met, they both liked schemes, games, and lies.
Scooter
A scooter may not seem like a HIMYM character who deserves more at first. True. His Lily obsession was terrible.
Nora
Cheating was common in HIMYM’s short-term relationships. This is one reason the show’s creators should have honored these characters more.
Kevin
Kal Penn’s Kevin was Robin’s therapist on HIMYM. He became Robin’s love interest over ten episodes and several seasons. But he deserved more. He got more Robin time.
Zoey
Zoey was standoffish with Ted on How I Met Your Mother. Jennifer Morrison’s activist character was good in the end.
Nick
Robin’s boyfriend is Nick (Michael Trucco). Despite only appearing in seven episodes, he was a big fan. He was sweet enough to deserve a better ending, even if Robin didn’t like him.
Victoria
Ted’s ex-lovers: Victoria is the best short-term candidate. Tracy was great, but her ending got less attention. Victoria’s conclusion was weak.
