Johnny Galecki and Mayim Bialik Remember Their Teenage Kiss

Mayim Bialik and Johnny Galecki from The Big Bang Theory kissed passionately on Conan on Wednesday night. But the 40-year-old former child stars were reenacting a kiss from an NBC sitcom episode from 1991. Blossom “We were both 14 at the time, right?” asked the divorced mother of two. “That was our first stage kiss for both of us.”

Just like old times, Mayim Bialik and Johnny Galecki from “The Big Bang Theory” locked lips passionately on Wednesday night’s episode of “Conan.”

25 years ago! But the 40-year-old former child stars were reenacting their kiss from a 1991 episode of the NBC sitcom Blossom Smiling. Mayim admitted on a TBS talk show, “Yeah, it might have been my first real-life kiss, too.” The Emmy-nominated pair gave in when their co-star Kunal Nayyar said, “Do it again!” The crowd cheered.

Bialik and Galecki, who play Dr. Amy Fowler and Dr. Leonard Hofstadter, had a passionate kissing scene for a long time. Andy Richter, who works with Conan, then joked about how the Golden Globe nominee’s blouse was better than Mayim’s in the old clip.

“We were both 14 at the time, right?” asked the divorced mother of two. “That was our first stage kiss for both of us.”

Mayim said on a TBS talk show with a smile, “It might have been my first kiss in real life, too.”

Kaley and Jim were also part of the fun! The Emmy-nominated pair gave in when their co-star Kunal Nayyar (2-R) said, “Do it again!” The crowd cheered.

Bialik and Galecki, who play Dr. Amy Fowler and Dr. Leonard Hofstadter, kissed passionately for a long time.

Andy Richter, Conan’s co-host, joked that the Golden Globe nominee’s blouse was better than Mayim’s in the old clip from “Sex, Lies, and Teenagers.”

At that point, their co-star Simon Helberg (T-R) made a joke: “I think Rue McClanahan [of the Golden Girls] wore that.”

The 220th episode of The Big Bang Theory, which airs Thursday on CBS and is said to pay each cast member $100,000 per episode, has more of the cast.

In honor of the show’s 200th episode, which aired on February 25, the city of Pasadena made February 25 “Big Bang Theory Day” and named an alley after it.
