The first image from Jim Parson’s new biopic, an upcoming movie, Spoiler Alert: The Hero Dies, is out. The film’s title warns, “The Hero Dies.” EW shared a movie still on Twitter. The Big Bang Theory Star, the actor, is 49. Jim Parsons is Michael Ausiello, and Ben Aldridge is Kit Cowan. The cast includes Nikki M. James from “The Book of Mormon,” Jeffery Self from “30 Rock,” and Antoni Porowski from “Queer Eye.” “Just Getting Married’s” Bill Irwin and “Spider-Man’s” Sally Field. Michael Showalter staged “Hello, My Name Is Doris” and “The Eyes of Tammy Faye.”

The film’s premiere is on December 2. Two weeks later, on December 16, the public can use it. The Hero Dies: A Bio of Love, Loss, & Other Four-Letter Words tells the story of Michael and Kit’s relationship after Kit learns he has cancer. The book focuses on how Kit’s relationship changes after learning Michael has cancer. Warning: “The Hero Dies” is based on Michael Ausiello’s memoir. A spoiler is revealed in the following sentence. Several flashbacks to the couple’s 14-year relationship appear in the book. This spans the 11 months between Ausiello’s partner Kit’s cancer diagnosis and death.
Recent reports say DC almost convinced Jim Parsons to play Plastic Man. Kevin Smith, a film director, says an actor from “The Big Bang Theory” was in the running to voice a character in an animated project he penned years ago. Smith wrote the script.
