She just moved out of the house Kaley shared with her husband, and now she owns a beautiful, ultra-modern home in Agoura Hills, California. Cuoco paid a cool $5.25 million for her new home, which used to belong to Taylor Lautner of Twilight. According to Dirt, she was willing to pay a quarter million more than the asking price.
The listing says that the deal was done on April 15. The actress from “Flight Attendant” sold her Hidden Hills farmhouse-style home just four days after she told her. She was once married to Karl Cook, who she is no longer.
Cuoco could bid up the price for the new spread without much trouble. Because she made a lot of money when she sold the house, she shared it with her husband. Lautner also got a good deal since he got $1.5 million more for the property than he paid two years ago.
Open Floor Plan
The two-story house is 40 miles west of downtown Los Angeles and 25 miles east of Cuoco’s hometown, Camarillo. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 5,647 square feet of living space. It has fantastic views, huge windows, and glass doors that disappear into the walls. This makes it perfect for indoor-outdoor living and ensures that nature is the main attraction, with no issue where you are in the house.
The first level has an “amazing” open floor plan and a fabulous large room with an elegant dining area & a cozy sitting area separated by a freestanding fireplace that can be used from both sides. The space flows into a “breathtakingly modern” kitchen with a marble island and cabinets made in Italy.
First-Story Main Suite
The main suite is on the first floor, which is different from how it is usually set up, which is usually upstairs. It has windows to the ceiling and a big glass door that opens onto the patio. It also has a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a freestanding tub under a large window, where you can soak and enjoy the beautiful views.
Home Office & Sports Room
Also on the main floor is a beautiful home office with high-end designer furniture like Chanel chairs that look old. You can reach the first floor through a stylish courtyard with a fire pit and a glass wall that lets you see the floating staircase that leads upstairs.
Infinity Pool & Cabana
The grounds are a great place to have parties and are just as beautiful as the inside. Many excellent amenities include a 45-foot-long pool with an infinity edge and a spa, a bocce ball court, and an outdoor shower. The most exciting thing might be the open-air cabana by the pool, which has a TV and a kitchenette. A built-in barbecue and several places to sit, two of which have fire pits. The patio is made for eating outside. It has a small patch of fake evergreen grass.
